Terms of Service
Last updated: June 5, 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of Invoice Automation, a hosted software service operated by Developeria.
Back to app1. SaaS Service
By accessing or using Invoice Automation, you agree to these Terms:
Invoice Automation is offered as a hosted software-as-a-service product. It allows customers to upload invoice files, extract invoice data, review extracted fields, and send customer-authorized data to connected accounting or billing-related services.
No license is granted to install, copy, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping login credentials confidential.
- Provide accurate account information.
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
- Promptly notify Developeria of suspected unauthorized access.
3. Review Obligation
You remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted, edited, synchronized, exported, or submitted data before relying on it for bookkeeping, accounting, tax, compliance, vendor payments, reimbursements, audits, or reporting.
Invoice Automation is an assistive workflow tool. It does not replace human review, internal controls, accounting review, or legal compliance review.
4. No Legal, Tax, or Accounting Advice
Developeria does not provide legal advice, tax advice, audit advice, payroll advice, or professional accounting advice. Nothing in the service should be treated as legal, tax, or accounting advice.
5. Third-Party Services
The service may depend on or integrate with third-party providers, including hosting providers, AI providers, email providers, payment providers, and accounting platforms. Features may be affected by third-party outages, API changes, credential failures, revoked permissions, or provider-side errors.
6. QuickBooks and Intuit Notice
Invoice Automation may integrate with QuickBooks solely to transmit and synchronize customer-authorized accounting data.
Developeria is an independent software provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by Intuit Inc. unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Intuit and QuickBooks are trademarks and or registered trademarks of Intuit Inc. They are used only to describe compatibility or integration.
7. Billing and Suspension
Paid features, trials, metered usage, and subscription access may be controlled by pricing or billing terms presented in the product. Developeria may suspend or limit access for nonpayment, suspected fraud, abuse, security risk, violation of these Terms, or excessive usage that threatens service stability.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Developeria disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, data accuracy, and error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Developeria and its operators, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, tax position, accounting records, vendor relationships, or business opportunity arising out of or related to the service.
10. Changes and Contact
Developeria may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
