This Privacy Policy explains how Developeria collects, uses, stores, and shares information when customers use Invoice Automation.

Depending on how you use the service, Developeria may collect account data, uploaded invoice files, extracted invoice data, integration data needed to connect third-party services, billing identifiers, and technical or operational service logs.
2. How Information Is Used
Collected information may be used to authenticate users, process uploaded invoices, extract and display invoice information for review, synchronize approved customer-authorized records with QuickBooks or other connected services, provide billing and metering, and operate, support, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the service.
3. AI Processing
Invoice content and related extracted data may be sent to AI service providers for document extraction and related processing. Customers should not upload documents unless they are authorized to share and process that information through the service and its subprocessors.
4. Third-Party Sharing
Developeria may share data with third-party service providers only as needed to operate the service, including hosting and infrastructure providers, AI processing providers, QuickBooks and Intuit services, Stripe or other billing providers, and email or operational support tools.
Developeria does not sell customer personal data.
5. QuickBooks Integration Data
When a customer connects QuickBooks, the service may store and process OAuth tokens, realm identifiers, expense account mappings, and synchronized invoice or bill references in order to maintain the customer’s authorized integration.
6. Data Retention and Security
Developeria retains data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and preserve operational records. Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures are used to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Rights and Requests
Customers may contact Developeria to request access, correction, or deletion of account-related information, subject to legal, contractual, fraud-prevention, security, and record-retention requirements.
8. Changes and Contact
Developeria may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
